Customer Support and Customer-Initiated Communications

When a customer or authorized user contacts LiquidText for technical support, customer service, troubleshooting, training, or similar assistance, information provided as part of that interaction may be processed by one or more of the Subprocessors identified above.

The particular Subprocessors involved will depend on the method of communication, the nature of the request, and the services reasonably required to investigate or resolve it. For example, support communications may involve email, videoconferencing, customer-support systems, customer relationship management systems, issue-tracking systems, file storage or transfer services, or technical and artificial-intelligence tools used to investigate an issue.

Customers should provide only the Personal Data reasonably necessary for LiquidText to respond to a support request.

A third-party service or communications platform selected, provided, or controlled by a customer through which the customer elects to communicate with LiquidText is not a Subprocessor engaged by LiquidText solely because LiquidText participates in that customer-initiated communication.

Changes to Subprocessors

LiquidText may update this list as its services and service providers change. Where required by LiquidText’s Data Protection Addendum or applicable law, LiquidText will provide customers with notice of the addition or replacement of a Subprocessor and an opportunity to object in accordance with the applicable terms.

For additional information concerning LiquidText’s processing of Personal Data and its obligations concerning Subprocessors, please see LiquidText’s Data Protection Addendum.
